Beginner’s mind is the innocence of infancy carried forward,
untainted, unknowing, unafraid.
In every infant’s breath
lies the rhythm of beginner’s mind.
An infant’s first glance
the blueprint of presence.
We are reminded,
beginner’s mind is not learned,
but remembered.
To see through an infant’s eyes is to return to the beginning.
An infant does not know, and so sees everything anew.
